Your email address — to send your key and to let you
recover it if you lose it.
Your licence key, its status, and when it was issued.
A one-way hash identifying your computer. It is derived
from your Windows installation id and system drive serial, hashed before it
leaves your machine. The values themselves are never sent, and the hash
cannot be reversed into them.
Stripe's reference for your payment, so a renewal or a
refund can be matched to the right licence.
A short-lived session record while PokeCoach is running,
which expires by itself within twelve hours.
What is not stored
Card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe and
card numbers never reach these servers. When key recovery asks for the last
four digits, they are checked against Stripe and discarded — not stored, and
not compared against anything held here.
Your battles. Nothing about what you play, who you play,
or what PokeCoach advised is recorded or transmitted. The analysis happens on
your own machine and stays there.
Your Showdown account. PokeCoach works through your
browser session; the credentials are never seen by it.
Tracking. No analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no
third-party scripts on this site.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments and holds its own record of
them, under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare hosts this site and the licence server.
Resend delivers the licence email.
Discord hosts support, if you open a ticket there.
Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
How long it is kept
The licence record is kept while the licence exists. Session records expire on
their own within twelve hours. Ask for deletion on
Discord and the licence record and its
email index are removed. Stripe keeps its own payment records for as long as
the law requires of it, which is not something that can be deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it
to be deleted. Deleting the licence record ends the licence, since the record
is what the licence is. All of it goes through
Discord.
Children
PokeCoach is not sold to anyone under 13, and no account is knowingly created
for one.
